Numerous historical buildings are privately owned and therefore are not open to the public, or, more likely, only open to studiouses and technicians. 
Other buildings are public buildings but used as offices or closed for never-ending restorations or abandoned and therefore not visitable.
In the next pages we will try to list buildings, that, to our opinion, would be worth a new and deeper consideration and more attention by the owners, public being or private town-dwellers. 
We will enclose, where possible, pictures and informations. 
As time pass we will insert the preservations conditions and eventually restoration works undertaken.
